Harmony Health and Defence is a conflict management company ran by my Aikido instructor Brian Hancock and his family, in Carmarthenshire South Wales.
With over 15 years of teaching experience backed by industry recognised qualifications and endorsements, Brian brings self-defence and relaxation to schools and businesses as well as holding three weekly Aikido classes in the local area.
